      <image:caption>Throughout his time in the military in his early adulthood, Justin Thompson discovered that fitness and performance go hand in hand. As Justin’s career continued in civil service, he found the importance of integrating strong mental health practices into fitness in order to combat the toll of a high-stress job. In the wake of his retirement, Justin pioneered a pathway for colleagues to follow in his footsteps by prioritizing mental and physical fitness in everyday life. Currently, Justin is continuing his education in Sports Health. He volunteers his time working as a performance coach for a local high school football program. His love of sports, mindfulness, and wellness has earned him titles of ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and TPI Level 3 Fitness Instructor. Justin is currently working on his golf game like most golfers. He enjoys the blend of physical and mental dedication golf takes in order to get that one perfect shot.</image:caption>
